Only did a Diagnostics and charged me 400 plus dollars. The problem was they didn't fix the car. It needed a relay switch they wanted me to leave it for 3 days and rent a car. I'm a senior citizen on SSI I The problem was they didn't fix the car. It needed a relay switch they wanted me to leave it for 3 days and rent a car. I'm a senior citizen on SSI I can't afford that. I really feel like I was ripped off. I saw the Diagnostics video it didn't even last 10 minutes. Granted they had other things to do but $400 and not even fixing the car. Sorry I cannot recommend your store to anyone ever. More

Jose Valdes went above and beyond when I brought my truck because it was "whining" - I couldn't believe the part was still under warranty. Jose took care of everything from A to Z and routinely provided upd because it was "whining" - I couldn't believe the part was still under warranty. Jose took care of everything from A to Z and routinely provided updates via text or call. This is my 'forever" dealership because of Jose and the folks that actually serviced the truck. You don't get this kind of customer service ANYWHERE nowadays! Thank you for everything! More

Over the years, I have purchased 4 Jeeps through the dealership. Each one an upgrade. I continue coming back to the dealership and working with Robert as his customer service is fabulous, and I am tre dealership. Each one an upgrade. I took my wrangler in for no running lights after 3weeks I finally got it back it stopped running the wire harness was incorrectly installed it fell out the distributor was broken the headlight unplugged th I finally got it back it stopped running the wire harness was incorrectly installed it fell out the distributor was broken the headlight unplugged the radio disconnected and finally the last straw the air bag light can on and it died . After 25 years of loving and maintaining my beloved jeep wrangler your service department killed it and I lost all hope of fixing it. I far as I am concerned you owe me a wrangler and I will never set foot on dealer ship ever again worse dealership ever close the doors please More

Poor communication between customer-Service Dept Car was in service dept for 6 weeks Totally Unexceptable !!! Inept in getting back to customers . Kept in the dark reg work or parts for repairs.
