Thank you. If you'd like to reach out I'd be more than happy to discuss the issues. Jose has made it more than clear that its not their job to follow up on issues and the people higher up like the manager Kobe have supported that from my talks with them. I had a warranty claim in for my rear window seal in November or December and they never called to let me know the parts were ordered to complete the repair. I never got a clear answer from Jose why my warranty claim was denied for my key fob and never saw any paperwork despite being assured by him that things were covered initially. I had a rental that was provided by the warranty when my truck was in for repairs and he refused to help witht the billing issues I was having with Hertz due to the fact it took them so long to complete the repairs even though the car rental was covered under the warrant. He said it wasn't his problem that he wouldn't contact Hertz and that Hertz would refund the money after I returned the vehicle. I had to cancel my card that was being charged everyday because he didnt want to make a phone call. Before I went in for service the last time I tried getting ahold of him or anybody for 2 weeks to schedule my warranty repair at the same time as my oil change. I never got a call from him. I came in for an oil change after being assured by the lady that answers the phones that they would be able to handle it when I came in. When I arrived Jasmine let me know he wasnt in and knew nothing about my warranty claim and couldnt help me. I wanted to schedule both at the same time since I live ao far away. I was told he was out and despite several calls nobody knew what was going on. I gave up on trying to get my truck fixed there. He did text me back about a month after I initially called saying the parts were in, but that was the only communication I got. I think the only reason was I waited there for my oil change and complained to everyone that would listen.
