Michael, I simply cannot give the service I received any marks higher than average. Why? Attention to detail is severely lacking. This was evidenced by the two additional trips to the service department to get the air conditioner finally fixed. The last multipoint inspection report I received had everything marked as green and OK. However, the first one I received indicated that my front and rear brakes required further attention (yellow). The original brake lining measurements taken on 2/25/16 were: LF: 7 mm, RF: 7 mm, LR: 6 mm, RR 6 mm. The brake lining measurements taken on 3/16/25 were: LF: 11 mm, RF: 11 mm, LR: 10 mm, RR 10 mm. How did this happen? Were the brakes replaced? Was the initial appraisal of the brakes faulty? Can you explain this to me. Susan

One more thing Michael about my experience and why it is no better than average. A steering wheel alignment holder was either not used or was used improperly when the new tires were installed and aligned on my car. How do I know this? The steering wheel is off-center.
