Service advisor was good. Service was efficient. He recommended a new battery which I declined as I thought $451 was too high. I went to Auto Zone later and they confirmed bat Service was efficient. Everyone was very friendly, however, there is very poor communication between the departments. I was told to bring my vehicle in on a certain day and then there was no record of it and the part was not ord communication between the departments. Then was told they ordered the part but no one informed service that it was in so I had to wait another day to get my car. I thought I was taking the car in for 1 day and it ended up being there for 4 days. More
