The manager” David “ greets you while they’re working on your car and get to know his customers on a one to one which I prefer. I used Tiffany for years and this last visit I used Ryan Swoll, I couldn’t ask for better service from this young man. When I went inside to sign my paperwork it was a customer ahead of me so I sat in the chair. When Ryan was ready for me he could see that I had a problem getting up and he put his arm out and I looked up and I said thank you and I held onto his arm and I got up.. He is definitely an asset and just one more word who I believe is an asset inside the dealership building. His name is Charles. Through all these years Charles was always there for all my questions and did right by me. This dealership out of so many is an A + . sorry about this one more thing again when I got into my vehicle to leave hanging with the tag was a dealership offered to buy my car at X amount of money. Show the two new things that I’m aware of that I’m extremely happy with is the video on what they doing with your car and leaving an offer of sale for your car is the proper way to handle this.
