They did recommend few services needed on van due to age and mileage. We did have them take care of some of issues and they let us use a vehicle so we could leave van there so we could do errands we had t and mileage. I got my van in and out the same day and problem was under warranty. Had same issues 14 months ago and auxiliary battery was bad then, but warranted now since battery was less then 3 years old.
