I can't say enough good things about this dealership. I was a customer of Bill Bryan for multiple vehicle purchases and the staff is amazing. The main reason I stay with the dealership, even under new ownership, is because of the service team and especially Jose, our service writer. He is always on top of things and makes sure to communicate with the mechanics and us to provide an excellent experience. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. Keep up the good work Jose, it is much appreciated. Your work etic should be emulated by everyone. Spent almost $500 fixing my radio and took my car home Friday morning. Saturday morning my radio kept going on and off. Its Sunday and my radio is static. I feel like they do a good job but I also think the techs get pressed to sell things that the customer doesn't need. For an example. They told me that my battery was bad. I call some local auto parts stores and was told 250 dollars to replace. I'm still using my original battery with 0 problems. I'm still going to use them though. More
