Left car on Wed & started calling the person assigned to my case(Christine), & spoke to her several times & she always promised to call me back but never did. Service advisor was good. Service was efficient. He recommended a new battery which I declined as I thought $451 was too high. I went to Auto Zone later and they confirmed bat Service was efficient.
