I have resided in Lake County for the past 13. 5 years and had my very first experience at CDJR of Leesburg. I sincerely appreciate the prompt, courteous and professional service provided by Blaine Yager as he was able to get my car serviced on a busy Saturday afternoon without an appointment! Loved the fact that the dealership apprises me of my vehicle status using a video clip and linked via text message. The lounge was relaxing and spacious and a pleasure to wait in. Will definitely return to this location for vehicle servicing:-) More

I’ve been buying and having my cars/trucks serviced for over 50 years, and have never had anything approaching the appalling lack of communications with a service advisor as I had with Kobe. He was inst over 50 years, and have never had anything approaching the appalling lack of communications with a service advisor as I had with Kobe. He was instructed to contact me when a repair part arrived. He didn’t. One I confirmed the part was in I dropped my truck off and was told Kobe would give me a call once repaired. He didn’t. Once again I called regarding status and was informed it was ready - Kobe was talking to the mechanic and would be calling me. He didn’t. Following day I stopped by to pickup my truck and was informed by the mechanic (where is Kobe??) I needed another item repaired or replaced. I declined and drive to another repair shop. Wish to note adding to my frustration was the abysmal phone service. Some PM calls were answered by a third party call answering service who promised to to send a priority message to the individual I was calling. I never had a call back. On one call I thought I was talking with a person with a speech impediment, nope, English was he second or third language. More

Although the mechanic that did my oil change did not send me the video I was told I would receive showing me that he went through the fluids, my hood was not shut all the way and the hood latches were put on backwards. This is not the first time. Grease was on my door. Very careless with my car. If I didn’t have free Oil changes I would not be using this garage. I’ve had nothing but problems with the manager Mike who talks to me like I am dumb. And because of the service I receive from the mechanics. I refuse to have my car (what they call washed) because it’s just sprayed and makes it look terrible. One time my tires were not rotated and they said they did. How can I trust my oil is really being changed? I take very good care of my car and when I have to ring it in for service I get very anxious bringing it to this garage. I will be taking somewhere else when my free oil changes are used. More
Kimberly was absolutely amazing and kept me abreast of the status of my vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was being assessed and while my transmission was being replaced. From the diagnosis, to t the status of my vehicle during the entire time my vehicle was being assessed and while my transmission was being replaced. From the diagnosis, to the repair, took a shorter time then I thought would be necessary for such a fix and I am grateful to the mechanic/ mechanics who worked on my Rubicon. Such service and attentiveness to the customer is certainly indicative of Kimberly’s resolve to see that the customer is updated regularly, that there is competent mechanics, and that the service department in general is overseen by an excellent Manager. This dealership has it all. Thank you so much!!! More

Please be careful doing business here. I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle. It’s been two months now and I have to go back for service for the third time. I asked my salesman Joe Cab I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle. It’s been two months now and I have to go back for service for the third time. I asked my salesman Joe Cabusao to make sure a new battery was placed in the vehicle. One month in and the battery failed the test so it needed to be replaced. In the process of replacing the battery, the leak that was supposed to be fixed during my first service visit, wasn’t properly fixed so it had to be done while replacing the battery. The tire was damaged during the battery replacement also. Just for me to be driving and STILL having smoke come inside the truck, getting the SAME “service system” message that the battery replacement was SUPPOSED to correct. A coworker said he saw me the night I was closing on the deal & wanted to come warn me but didn’t because after a year he’s still dealing with the same issue he has been having with them! More
