When installing the catalytic converter an object fell in the exhaust manafold and damaged some valves that required new valves. So, it took way too long. However, they did provide us with a loaner vehicle and were very good about keeping us updated on the progress the whole time. We realize that things happen, and they happen to everyone, even car dealer repair services. We were fever irritated about this and the service department was very honest with us. All in all, we were happy with the outcome and will continue to use them. When we need another vehicle, we will use them. Forgot to give Billy Berg a shout out. He was great. More

I can scarcely recall a worse service experience! I scheduled my 2019 Ram for a check engine light…my service advisor Mr Miller, seemed competent. The next day the issue has not been addressed and I scheduled my 2019 Ram for a check engine light…my service advisor Mr Miller, seemed competent. The next day the issue has not been addressed and the mechanic actually sent me a video clip describing what he had done. He was very informative and thorough…that’s where the fun ended. There so after, Mr Miller texted me and said “I can’t find your extended warranty company.” After some back and forth he stated “ you told me it was Fidelity!” I never said anything about what warranty company I had, I didn’t actually know! Then, frustrated over the length of time transpired and incompetence. I told Mr Miller to pull my truck out and stop all work. When I arrived, my truck was parked in the south lot so close to another car I couldn’t open my drivers door and I had to go in the passenger door and crawl over the seats! More

Thought you would be interested in my experience on 8/15 at your Fruitland Park location. I called to schedule an appointment to have the lift gate recall taken care of. When I spoke to the individual helpi at your Fruitland Park location. I called to schedule an appointment to have the lift gate recall taken care of. When I spoke to the individual helping to make my appointment, I made it clear that the main reason I was making an appointment, was to have the recall issue resolved. I checked in with Jose, who seem very knowledgeable. I’m sure he said everything that was expected of him. When discussing my Jeep Service, I asked him about the recall. I said it seem like a minor issue. He told me it could cause a fire and said his guys would would let me know the situation. I agreed to have an oil change and tire rotation, even though I had another 3000 miles before your recommended oil change. I also asked Jose about re-programming my key fob. I was told, speaking in round numbers, the key fob replacement would be $360. If I brought in my own key fob it would be $125 so I bought an Amazon fob for $60. Jose told me if the key fob didn’t work after they tried to reprogram it, I would still be out $125. I told Jose I would shop around. I did shop around and found a shop less than 3 miles away that was able to reprogram my key fob in 5 minutes for $80. Before leaving your service garage, Jose explained that the recall item could not be fixed, as they did not have any parts at this time. I’m not sure about the young lady that made my service appointment, but I am sure that Jose knew they didn’t have the part when he checked me in. At the checkout, Jose got into a little tiff with one of the service people. He a misunderstanding about the fact that I did not want my vehicle washed and the service guy said that he was going to wash my vehicle. At that point I did not care to add to their bad day and was get out of the car fume infested lot and leave the garage. Roy Robertson The Village of Mission Hills More
