I have been dealing with Richard and Jimmy for about three to four years regarding service for my Chrysler GEM Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Every time I've had a problem they have taken care of it in a ver three to four years regarding service for my Chrysler GEM Low Speed Vehicle (LSV). Every time I've had a problem they have taken care of it in a very professional and timely fashion. I've also purchased additional options for my GEM and the installation has been done withoutr any problems. Unfortunately, I purchased my vehicle before moving within distance of Bill Bryan's dealership, and did NOT receive very good service from the previous dealer. Jose was my service technician/contact person. He took care of a complicated situation where a third party was reponsible for damages to my truck.
