Our 2020 Pacifica was in the shop on 13 and 14 June. Katie was absolutely fantastic in getting us a diagnosis of the stop/ start system, sliding passenger door and other issues. Through out the entire process she kept us informed, treated us like a friend which was greatly appreciated. A true professional, will always ask for her when other servicing is required. I waited just short of 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change! There were only 3 people in the waiting area of which two were a couple. I really didn’t see any other vehicles come for service. I felt like all the service rep wanted was to sell me more. If this is all that a dealership has become then I need to find a private shop ! I know I asked for an estimate for tires, but with today computer technology that shouldn’t have taken more than a matters of minutes. Within 40 minutes of waiting they were sending me a video of my cabin air filter and my tires. I requested an oil change not a cabin air filter! So what did they do for the next hour??? I purposely didn’t come during the free hot dog time! Disgusted! More
