I've been using CDJR of Leesburg since I moved back to the area in 2021. They have always been friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes it takes quite a long while to get services done, but they have plenty o the area in 2021. They have always been friendly and helpful. Yes, sometimes it takes quite a long while to get services done, but they have plenty of tables and seating with wifi to do work or watch tv shows. They also offer free shuttle service to your home if needed. I wish that they had more comfortable and updated seating, because it can get uncomfortable after a while, and they need more power outlets in the area, but overall I am pleased with waiting. More

Repair were done well, from my driving experience. Dealership blames the delay on our Warranty company taking a long time to approve the repair. I'm going to check that. Oh, their hourly shop rate has gone up to $218.00 per hour! Yikes. More

I dropped off early by mistake but they took care of the problem early for me. That was very accommodating. Picking up my vehicle was a little clunky. No idea how long I was waiting while he was sitting right next to me. I’d never met him before. Pickup was smooth after that, but I would have rather been out quicker. All in all the service experience was good though. More
