CDJR of Leesburg - Service Center

I had an 8:00am appointment for my wife's Jeep Grand Wagoneer. I was 2nd in line at 7:00am waiting for them to open. At 9:00am after waiting for 1.5hrs I went to check on the vehicle that was sitting Wagoneer. I was 2nd in line at 7:00am waiting for them to open. At 9:00am after waiting for 1.5hrs I went to check on the vehicle that was sitting in the service drive. They said that my vehicle was in the back and that was another customers vehicle. I stepped out and saw my tag and let them know that it was mine. It then took another 1hr to get my vehicle completed for an oil change. I then took my truck to Phillips Lightning Lube where they completed an oil change and tire rotation as I sat in my vehicle in 20 minutes from the time I pulled into the dealership to the time I drove out. Please help me understand how an oil change only can take 2.5hrs. And would have taken longer if I hadn't said anything. More

I stopped in to get an estimate on tires for my Durango. Carlos showed me quite a few options for tires and I decided on a set of four which needed to be ordered. Carlos gave me the quote and stated that if I could find them elsewhere cheaper that they would price match them. Carlos gave me an appointment that was convenient for me. I did check the prices at other tire distributors while I was waiting and the price was only within a couple of dollars but the package the dealership offered was much better. All said and done, Carlos had me in and out in no time with a bill that was even less than the original quote. Carlos and CDJR of Leesburg did an amazing job. The Durango drives like a new vehicle.
