Our experience in buying a new Santa Fe Limited at Valley Hyundai was totally satisfying. Josh Knafel was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. And when it came to price, Valley Hundai matched the price we could have gotten for the same fully equipped vehicle if we had gone to a "USAA Certified Dealer" in Northern Virginia or Maryland. When we arrived to pick up our car, it was spotlessly clean and ready for us to drive off the lot (after Josh showed us how to operate all of the gizmos). Financing was a breeze...... and at a very competitive rate. So far we are "sold" on this dealership (and this car)! We have not needed any service at this point, so I did not provide a rating for the Customer Service and Quality of Work categories. I will do so after we get a few routine service appointments under our belts. More

The Service Department is always friendly and helpful. I don't necessarily like my car, a Hyundai VeraCruz, but I do like the service help I get from this dealership. Especially noteworthy about this dealer don't necessarily like my car, a Hyundai VeraCruz, but I do like the service help I get from this dealership. Especially noteworthy about this dealership is that I didn't buy my vehicle from them but they still give me great service. Unfortunately I was on vacation in Florida when my old vehicle died and I bought my VeraCruz in Orlando and regret it every day. The VeraCruz '07 model has cheap thin leather on the armrests and door handles and it actually rubs off when you try to clean it. The engine has a knock already, less than 50K, the lights have issues; when the car is off and key is out it still dings as if you forgot to remove the key. And the tires are hard to find replacements for. It seems this year and model are different than all others. The service department has worked very hard to correct these deficiencies but I think the car is just a lemon. I only marked down the overall experience because of the vehicle itself, which has no reflection on this dealership or the service department which I feel are both excellent. More
