Arrived on time for a scheduled service appoinment for a Chevrolet Suburban-specifically for a light bulb replacement-identifying exactly what bulb was out.. One hour and fifteen minutes later I was informe Chevrolet Suburban-specifically for a light bulb replacement-identifying exactly what bulb was out.. One hour and fifteen minutes later I was informed that CMA Martinsburg technicians could not find the light that was out. I then personally went into the service bay and had to show the technicians the light that was out. I decided not to have the work performed by CMA martinsburg because if they were so incompetent as to not to be able to find a light that was out I was affraid of the quality of work that might go into replacing the bulb. I have heard of other area residents complaining about the poor quality of their service and I know now just how true it is. I will certainly advise others, as well as my organization members to avoid this dealership as well. More
