I didn't deal with Zach. I dealt in service with Kenneth, who was great. The rest of the folks,, other than the service manager, I wouldn't deal with again. My car had a fac I dealt in service with Kenneth, who was great. The rest of the folks,, other than the service manager, I wouldn't deal with again. My car had a factory defect, which was going to cost me $3,300 to repair. Chrysler customer care told me to take the car to my local dealer, and once diagnosed, they would make a decision on whether to help me or not. Kenneth told me that they couldn't repair the car for 6 weeks, due to a back order of the parts. Kenneth let me have a loaner for 5 days. I offered to sell the car to the dealership at a very low price of $8,000, which is what they said they would give me on a trade. The general manager was supposed to call with that afternoon with their decision. He did not. The next morning, I went to the dealership and was told that they could buy my car for $8,000, but they could not give me money that day. Customer care told me that they would not help me with the repair, and upon saying that, the customer service lady, Nicole, hung up on me, probably because she thought I would yell at her. I told the General Manager that if they couldn't pay me that day, then to just put the car back together, and I would take it. The service manager was good for his word and they gave me the car back, for $458.00. I wouldn't ever buy another Chrysler product and I sure would never buy from Billy Craft. More

Things such as trans temp limit, engine oil tem limit, driving speed, tire pressure at payload limit Also, my next service will be around 20K miles after which I will be driving 6,000 miles in 4 weeks with a payload near the vehicles limit. Should I change the following oils before I leave : transmission, transfer case, front and rear differentials. Also radiator fluid change. I have no problem changing these fluids early if it means a safe trip under these unusual conditions mentioned above Robert Swain More
