9/4/25 - 8:15 AM appt ; customer #30833 I arrived and no one came to the car to greet me and log me in. I walked in and waited for someone to come to the desk. I was texted a video of the gentleman servicing my vehicle. They informed that my car was finished, I paid $100, got into my car so I could hurry up to get to work. I called back after leaving the service department because the tire pressure alert remained on my dashboard. I was informed that I could come back. I explained that I was now at work and that this would be an inconvenience as I took off the time to come in for the oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM. They apologized and said they would provide a discount for the next visit when I came back. 9/5/25 - 8:10 AM to bring my car back due to tire pressure alert still showing on my dashboard. Makayla directed me to Roni Aceituno. I explained the situation to him. He cavalierly dismissed the inconvenience that it caused me and stated that whoever told me that they would provide me some type of discount for my next visit was lying. Horrible customer service and treatment of a customer. He definitely needs a reminder on how to treat your customers. I’ve been bringing my car to Colonial Kia since I loved to VA. I was considering purchasing a new car from Colonial Kia as I discussed with RJ on 9/4/25 but now I see that I need to look elsewhere. More

I dropped off my Kia on Jan 6 and got it back Feb 7 still not fixed. They have extremely poor communication to inform the vehicle owner of the status of the repairs and therefore horrible customer service. T not fixed. Their promises to get things done or call you to update on repairs are not followed through. Additionally, in my situation where the diagnostic machine couldn’t find the problem, they are incompetent in solving the problem and making the repair. My vehicle was serviced by another area repair shop and I had the problem fixed a week after dropping it off. More
I purchased my Kia Soul+ in 2016 and I had a wonderful sales team! The sales person was Arkell Harrison and Jennifer Ewing was the finance manager. I have enjoyed the service that I receive from my first service appointment. Even though it's a 45 minute drive from where I live, I have never regretted it. I am grateful to the service manager, the mechanic and the receptionist that processes my paperwork every time I'm there. The entire team set the mode for the overall repair experience! I always leave feeling assured that the inspection or repair was properly taken care of and completed. Thank You More
I received a recall notice. I called this Dealer where I bought the car. I was told by service the Parts Dept. would know if it applies to my Kia. He then said he did not know, mumbling. When I asked him to speak clearly, he refused to answer and slammed me on hold. I called and asked to speak to The manager. I was then told Ron Rose, Service manager is the only manager at Colonial Kia by Carley. She then said Ron is not available.
