Had a great experience when we purchases a Forte from Matthew Luck. He is very knowledgeable and enjoyable. My husband went there on Wednesday looking for a car to by me. They talked a deal and said that they would have it there on Friday @ 2pm. At 10 am on Friday, my husband called to see if it was there. Dwayne said that it had already been sold and cannot find that color car anywhere on the east coast. We called another dealership and they found us the car that we wanted. I would never recommend Colonial Kia to anyone! And the only thing that the manager (Pete) would say is "well, I am sorry". Poor poor way to do business!! Way to try to ruin my 10 yr anniversary present guys! More
