I Got What I Went In For When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately met by James Ferguson, Sales Associate. He was professional and helpful throughout the process. I found the car I wanted and James walked me through the process of applying for credit and completing the purchase. The only complaint I have about my experience there is the attitude of the credit manager (I assume that was his position). I haggled on the price and he agreed to meet me in the middle. When it got down to paperwork and I refused to accept any of his attempts to upsell me he became very rude and questioned my decision, telling me it made no sense. ( Of course I'm a mere woman so what do I know?) I came close to walking out but bit my tongue. I am happy with my purchase and I would recommend the dealership with the caveat that they put the credit manager through intensive customer service training or find him another job. More
