My Experience with Deborah Galbraith and Colonial Kia I have never written a review for a service that was provided to me. I had a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that I had put endless money in, to the point th I have never written a review for a service that was provided to me. I had a 2007 Chevy Trailblazer that I had put endless money in, to the point that I said I would not put another dime into it any further. I had just started a new job, and I needed reliable transportation to get to and from work and training. I had just purchased a new house and had no plans to buy a new car just yet, but due to the unforeseen circumstances with my old vehicle I was forced to make a quick decision. I wanted to stick with the same finance company I previously had so I gave them a call. They gave me 3 dealerships that they dealt with, one being Colonial Kia. I decided to drive out there after work at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 28th just to check things out. Debbie met us at the door with a warm greeting. I explained my situation from beginning to end and told her that I did not have much to work with. She started showing me vehicles in my price range and didn't stop there. She was professional courteous and explained things in a way that I could understand. The hard part was that everything was closing as far as banks so I left there knowing that tomorrow I would be at work and there was a long holiday weekend following with no transportation of my own. What happened next is why I decided to write this review. The next morning while I was at work Debbie called my wife to advise that we were able to get the 2013 Nissan Altima one of the pre-owned cars that she had shown us the day before. She gave my wife the news and from there she worked diligently with my wife to get the necessary documents that were needed to move the sale along. I had no knowledge that all this was transpiring while I was at work because I had no access to a phone. By the time I had gotten off of work we drove at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 29th back to Colonial Kia to finalize the sale. Everything was done all I had to do was go in sign my documents and roll out all within 24 hours of losing my only means of transportation. The expedient nature of this transaction and the superb customer service all the way down to be offered a cool beverage on a 90 degree plus day made me truly respect the employees at Colonial Kia. They truly care about their customers. Debbie gave my wife a big hug which made her feel important and appreciated. I will never forget the exceptional care that was provided to myself and my wife in the purchase of our new vehicle. Thank you Debbie and Colonial Kia!
