Best New Car experience EVER I had been contacted by Rob Eley via the internet. I had heard ad for a eyr lease on the radio saturday morning that interested me, I contacted Rob fo I had been contacted by Rob Eley via the internet. I had heard ad for a eyr lease on the radio saturday morning that interested me, I contacted Rob for further details and info and agreed to come in at 1pm for a test drive. Rob greeted my wife and I with a smile and friendliness. I never felt pressured or rushed, We looked at the inventory for the Optima Kia that were available. I selected one for a test drive, Rob was very accomodating and informative about the details of the car. When we returned I told Rob I wanted to pursue discussing the qualifications and details of the lease program. Rob helped us become aware of the process .I provided my info to begin the qualification and offer proces. It was handled qickly and without any stress. Rob then presented me with an offer and answered my questions and I accepted to lease the 2015 KIA OPTIMA. Rob then had the car prepared for delivery to me and processed the paperwork without delay. When the car was ready for pick up he sat in the car with my wife and I and reviewed all the features thourghly. My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful , nonstressful rewarding experience. I would highly recommend Rob and Colonial KIA to everyone. I am very happy. More
