Replacement of O2 sensor Very surprised that a part that is supposed to last 100,000 miles lasted little more than 13,000 but then after the part had to be re-ordered due to t Very surprised that a part that is supposed to last 100,000 miles lasted little more than 13,000 but then after the part had to be re-ordered due to the wrong one being sent it turned out that the part was okay the wires had been chewed by a "rat." I live in an apartment complex and while we have a lot of feral cats around here I have never seen a rat and the grounds are kept clean, including the area where the dumpsters are. I don't mind paying to have the sensor replaced if I have to but are the wires exposed under the cars like that? This is my first Kia and I have lived here for almost 4 years without any other problems like this. Otherwise, there have been no problems. I love the car, I really feel safer in it than I felt in any car I had before, including the Volvos. More

flat tire and towed to Colonial Kia purchased a 2019 Kia Soul about a year ago. I had a flat tire and used the Road Side Assistance, tow came within 20 min., took me to Colonial Kia whe purchased a 2019 Kia Soul about a year ago. I had a flat tire and used the Road Side Assistance, tow came within 20 min., took me to Colonial Kia where they assessed the tire and needed to be replaced. All in all between the tow and the service I was back on the road within 2 hours. What a blessing. Thank you for your customer support at your service area, the ladies are terrific, very efficient and handled all inquiries I had with such professionalism. Could not be happier.
