I have dealt with this dealer for 16 years. This is my second new vehicle from them. I recommended them to my mother and they treated her exceptional on her 2011 Rav4 Limited purchase. He is very knowledgeble about all of their vehicles. Also I cannot say enough about their service department, when I started with them Sarah Frost was the service manager. I cannot say enough about her, the way she went above and beyond with my toyota's I didn't even buy there. I took all my vehicles in to the dealership for service. My Service guy now is Chris. I have misplaced his card, so I don't have his last name at this time. All of the employees you deal with are sure to give you their business card. Very Professional in my opinion. When I bought my 2011 4runner Limited it was a demo and had some road chips on the hood and front bumper. I called David and they were quickly taken care of at no expense to me. I also purchased several accessories, they were ordered by David and promptly delivered to the dealership the next day. They were installed promptly. I forgot to mention I live 81 miles away in LaVale, MD but would always purchase and have service from this dealership. #1 in my book!! More
