They were transparent through the entire process--carefully explaining fees and terms of our agreement--and answering all of my questions very openly. Lance Cote--the dealer I worked with--was flexible and helped me put together a great deal on a new Highlander that fit my budget. When the model I was after was not available on the lot he arranged to have one brought from a different Toyota lot on PA that same day! No hidden fees and very transparent process. The whole process working with Lance was very easy. I highly recommend him and the dealership with zero reservations. This is the only dealership that I plan on doing business with in the future.
