Service Took my car in for service and tire rotation, 3 times I took the car in and they told me that they rotated the tires and they did not. I know this because I damaged my front right tire and had it changed with a different brand and every time they say its rotated I see the different brand remaining on the same front right wheel,. it was not until I called them out on it and contacted Buick that they called me in and rotated it... I would never go back there for service or to purchase a car from them. I have now changed to a different dealership for service.. I wonder how many times they did not change the oil and say the did???... poor service... More

Didn't plan on buying a new car. I walked in to see what the new technology was available on the newer cars. I really didn't need a new car as I was driving a 2011 Terrain with less I walked in to see what the new technology was available on the newer cars. I really didn't need a new car as I was driving a 2011 Terrain with less than 23,000 miles but, as a senior citizen, I thought the driver assist stuff was right up my alley. Anyway, Tristan, the little **** (you can edit that out), knew actually what to show me. I bought a new Acadia All Terrain that same day.
