It was going to take a few hours to complete the deal so they offered to have it for us on Monday. Since we had our 10month old with us we decided it's best to come back. When we visited the Dealership to pickup our car on Monday they changed the price we agreed to. They said we had to pay another $1000 to do the 72 month financing promotion. We were shocked because at no time did we ever ask for anything but the 72 month promotion. They said they made a mistake and despite writing their price down and having me sign it I would have to pay $1000. There was no way I was going to accept that. We are in the process of getting a Volt from another Dealership. My recommendation is to stay away from any Dealer who makes you an offer price and has you sign to accept it only to raise it later when you try to pickup your car. Worst experience I have ever had with a car purchase. More

Cable Dahmer, was recommended to me by my neighbor, who purchased a Corvette from Cable Dahmer about a 1/2 ago, He had all positve comments. I'm really glad I took my neighbors advice and gave Cable Dahmer a visit. I was looking for a new 2014 1le Camaro, Cable Dahmer literally had in stock every color of Camaros on the lot to choose from, equipped will all different combinations. I was given a loner car to drive while waiting for my newly purchased Camaro to have a few after market items installed. Friendly employees, just Great service all the way around. Great Experience End to End I came in wanting information on the new 2015 Colorado's and walked out with a 2014 Silverado. I will say that the reason that I actually visited the I came in wanting information on the new 2015 Colorado's and walked out with a 2014 Silverado. I will say that the reason that I actually visited the dealership was because of Sarah Rowland. She was very courteous and actively worked to understand my needs and get me to the right person to get my questions and concerns answered. I was honestly not looking to buy right then. I discovered a 2014 Silverado that had been a courtesy vehicle, so the vehicle was discounted, but still qualified for all of the incentives. I knew right then that I could get a crew cab Silverado for roughly what I would pay for one of the new Colorado's. I submitted an inquiry, and Sarah took the information and passed it on to Josh, while providing me with information in the interim while I was waiting for Josh to call me back. I test drove the vehicle, and felt no pressure to buy the vehicle from Josh whatsoever. After going round and round on price (my one complaint about car shopping. I shoot you straight, I want you to do the same. Josh did, but the sales manager did not), we were unable to come to an agreement, and it was left at that. I called the next morning, and negotiated more on price only to find out that the vehicle was already "sold" by the other store. Josh found out later on that was false, and we ended up agreeing to terms. Dealing with Fred in finance was a pretty pleasant experience, although I did feel as if his life depended on me buying the Extended Service Contract. Overall, Marty and the leadership of Cable-Dahmer should be proud of the way their dealership operates. I never got the sense that I was seen as dumb or easy like some dealers will make you feel. (It helps that sales and finance are in my background.) Kudos to everyone for the excellent experience. More
