Miss Foxx As we discussed today in person, I apologize for any misunderstandings that we may have caused. Our goal is not to upset our guests but make there experience world class. Clearly we have failed you and for that I apologize. As for your recall. As we talked about today in my office, the recall was recently expanded to the 2010 model which before was not affected. As for the loaner car that was provided to you at no charge for the duration of time necessary to conduct a thorough and complete repair, enterprise rental car was utilized as per General Motors guidelines. At the end of the day a recall, specific in nature as yours, is a delicate and serious matter. I can assure that our staff takes this very seriously placing your safety as the top priority. We at times fail to convey the type respect and professionalism that we should and for that I take full responsibility. We strive for perfection but unfortunately at times fail. We spend hours training, tracking and tweeting our processes to insure that a WOW customer experience occurs at every transaction. In closing I will tow your vehicle to any Chevrolet dealer in town if you feel for a second that we cannot accommodate your repair.
