My salesman Brandon Grapelu was very knowledgeable of everything he showed me. He listened to me and was patient and overall a great person. Its not often I feel like I was assisted in making a purchase and not just SOLD a car. I would recommend this store to anyone. Great experience never felt rushed or like another number. Thank you Cable Dahmer More

We felt they truly were an advocate for us and worked out a deal that made sense to both us and the company. Also we've experienced great ease in regards to maintaining our vehicles in their service department. More

Although the process was long, it was done correctly and time spent was cordial and good-humored. Overall, the car buying process was fun and I am pleased with the result. I would recommend stopping by this dealer if in the market for a car. More
BUYER BEWARE!!! ASK HOW MUCH IS THE SALES TAX??? I initially dealt with a nice gentlemen Brian Roberts, he was new to his position & it was clear. After spending hours with him & not getting anywhere I initially dealt with a nice gentlemen Brian Roberts, he was new to his position & it was clear. After spending hours with him & not getting anywhere, I requested my keys back to my banged up trade in I drove into the dealership. Then I met with another guy named , Jeff Davis. Of course, his job is to save the sale & keep my trade in out of sight. He succeeded. He introduced me to Clint Albin, to help save me from walking out. I advised Clint of what I could afford. Being a single mom, we pushed for a vehicle I wanted with a higher note. I agreed to that. After meeting with Jamie Burke a few times in finance, I was given all my paperwork. Went to DMV to register the vehicle & was advised it was going to cost over $2000 to register it. They also turned me away & said the vehicle could not be registered due to a “JUMP” title. I wasn’t familiar with the term & they advised because the person whose name was before theirs on the title, need to get the vehicle titled in their name. (Is this legal?!?) From one headache to another…All I wanted is decent transportation for my daughter & I. When I called back to get this resolved, I’m being told you signed a document stating sales tax was not included. “There is a sign on my desk, that states no sales tax”. I have been told management has been in meetings for about (2) days now. REALLY? I came into this dealership, with hopes to do business with folks of integrity. I shook hands based on that! It’s very unfortunate this deal leaves me disappointed & the feeling of never trust a used car dealer again. Cable-Dahmer wants returning long term customers, how can this goal be obtained when you’re not doing business with integrity? Update: Early this month I received a revised notarized letter stating "No Intent to Fraud" More
Misleading and all about money Went in the dealership in November of 2014 wanted a used 2006 charger was told due to my bad credit I had to get financed for a newer car. Instead of Went in the dealership in November of 2014 wanted a used 2006 charger was told due to my bad credit I had to get financed for a newer car. Instead of puttin me in a new 2014 Cruze they put me in a pre owned one. Was told by the salesman the particular model I was getting was going to come with remote start so I was content. After having the car for a couple days realized it didn't have that and given the fact they say you have 14 days to turn it in and get the car you want I was going to. I intially put 1450 as a down payment when we came in to trade it in after being there for literally a whole day going back and forth to get financed for the original they were going to have me come back after they viewed my cosigners check stubs and told me they wouldn't put me in the 2lt model which came with what I was told the 1lt had they also wanted me to put more money down on the car I was in that I didn't want. The woman in finance we dealt with was pretty much a stickler and didn't seem to care about anything but trying to get more money out of us.Told them I'd gladly take the 2012 civic they had but they denied me. Financed me through Santander and gave me an apr of 26.99. By the time we signed all this paperwork that wasn't something I was made aware of u til I traded in the car. Sales manager Chris had his guy put in a third party remote start which wasn't bad but that's something they should have corrected by placing me into the 2lt model that was the same price the 1lt was. I will never get another car from that dealership. By the way Santander doesn't help improve your credit I got higher credit ratings from the other dealership. The only plus side was having free oil changes but the headache and run around wasn't worth it More

When picking up I was on lunch break so had to get back to work as quickly as I could. They pulled it around and was screaming a belt noise. I took it as maybe belt needed to be getting replaced. Upon getting back to work and getting off I started and thought to my self this is way to loud. Popped the hood. They didn't put the belt back on the Ac unit. It was wrapped around the crank shaft burning through. Also from a glance I noted tool damage to metal hoses causeing them to look all chewed up. This is just what I can see at a glance. Called up there and was told mechanic noted belt was slightly worn. This is how they deliver it to me after 1600 in work? I thought there was a reason people pay top dollar and get ripped off a dealerships. For quality and garunteed work! Won't be back there More

I recently went to trade my car that I was upside down in. The saves team treated me like crap because trade my car in. I have a great credit score and they brought things out saying put 31000 down at 1230 a month. Didn't realize I was buying a 100000 car. They through my keys at me and basically said we were stupid in Suns many words.. I will never go there again. Hendricks is a much better place to shop for a Chevy. Better deals More

Actually salesman Prince was great, everyone else though was the absolute worst. The purchase came with free oil changes for two years. First one i leave with a scratch on the steering wheel. Second one was just fine, nice and quick too. Third time they tell me the wait is over 3(yes three!) hours. I understand places get busy but as a sevice center I don't how you can staff so poorly. Fourth free one (and thankfully the final one) was this morning. It took about an hour which is perfectly fine for a Saturday morning. But after I leave I get about half a mile away and notice smoke rolling out from under the hood. Pull over and open it up and there is oil EVERYWHERE! I go back and the guy is very professional and apologetic about it and they clean it up, but that is just seriously the most ridiculous thing to happen for an oil change, to spill it like that and not even clean it up. So to summarize, sales process pretty much sucked and 3 out of 4 oil changes sucked. More
