The most awesome Monday ever! It was my first stop on what I thought would be the beginning on my journey to find a car. Luckily it turned out to be the only stop needed. Istopped in on a very hot Monday afternoon and as I was looking on the lot I was approached by Nick. He explained that he was not a salesperson,but brought me into the air-conditioned showroom and offered me a cold bottle of water. With-in minutes MD was working on getting me a vehicle . He was very knowlagable about the products offered and recommended the Cruze. Several hours later I drove home in my Cherry red 2015 Cruze. I have e never had such a stress-free experience buying a car! More

Amazing Service Amazing. Amazing. In a pinch for an oil change we stopped at a different dealership. 5 hours later, They told us the tie rod ends were going out of Amazing. Amazing. In a pinch for an oil change we stopped at a different dealership. 5 hours later, They told us the tie rod ends were going out of our truck and that it really wasn't safe to drive. The repair was over $800. I was just not feeling their diagnosis as I am very knowledgeable about vehicles. I declined their service and called Nick and Cable -Dahmer. Not only did he assure us that they would get us there if there was a problem, but he had a rental waiting so that we could try to salvage our day. He also told us their price was much less than the $800 quoted IF we had to do anything. The next morning Nick called and assures me nothing is wrong with my truck. He made arrangements to exchange vehicles and get us taken care of. We will only use them in the future. It is further from us but well worth the drive. More

He took the time to show us several things about the car that we did not know, and that a different sales rep from another dealership did not mention. Aaron and Chris worked together to find just what our family wanted, and brought the perfect car our way. Chris then helped us work through the numbers to find a plan that fit our families budget and made the dream car affordable. He was also patient as I had to update insurance and get cards emailed, etc. All this, while he was missing a family gathering! Being a family person, i know the importance and appreciated that he saw us through until we left the lot. He even helped get our stuff out of the old car! Derek was great when it came time to sign the papers, i felt knowledgeable and protected by the time I left - he made sure i knew everything I needed to know and what I needed to do! I look forward to a wonderful relationship with these guys and Cable Dahmer for years to come! More
