Amazing Service Amazing. Amazing. In a pinch for an oil change we stopped at a different dealership. 5 hours later, They told us the tie rod ends were going out of Amazing. Amazing. In a pinch for an oil change we stopped at a different dealership. 5 hours later, They told us the tie rod ends were going out of our truck and that it really wasn't safe to drive. The repair was over $800. I was just not feeling their diagnosis as I am very knowledgeable about vehicles. I declined their service and called Nick and Cable -Dahmer. Not only did he assure us that they would get us there if there was a problem, but he had a rental waiting so that we could try to salvage our day. He also told us their price was much less than the $800 quoted IF we had to do anything. The next morning Nick called and assures me nothing is wrong with my truck. He made arrangements to exchange vehicles and get us taken care of. We will only use them in the future. It is further from us but well worth the drive. More

Aaron and Chris worked together to find just what our family wanted, and brought the perfect car our way. Chris then helped us work through the numbers to find a plan that fit our families budget and made the dream car affordable. He was also patient as I had to update insurance and get cards emailed, etc. All this, while he was missing a family gathering! Being a family person, i know the importance and appreciated that he saw us through until we left the lot. He even helped get our stuff out of the old car! Derek was great when it came time to sign the papers, i felt knowledgeable and protected by the time I left - he made sure i knew everything I needed to know and what I needed to do! So, I started the process I came in with the intent to service and repair major issues with my beloved Impala, but decided it was time to let her go. So, I started the process for another used Impala. I was very determine in the color, and I was first offered a dark greyish 2013, but that was not what I wanted. I was place with Ms. Christina, I expressed to her the type of car that i was interested in with the color being black or red. Unfortunately my car was not at 103rd Street, but at the other dealership my next Impala was stranded. Ms. Christina toke that extra effort and had the vehicle transported to our location and started me on my way. Great Job! More
