Coincidentally, Shawn Biehl had another customer interested in a 2009 Traverse and they saw ours in the shop. Shawn rolled the dice and was able to find my family a 2012 Traverse LTZ, with many more options and he was able to maximize our trade which actually brought our car payments down. Shawn, Trevor plus Kari and Derek in finance worked very hard to keep us happy, keep our business and get our deal done. We have owned numerous GM vehicles since 1964, and have had a suburban in the garage since 1975, and never have been so disappointed with General Motors as we are now.
