The first time I went into the dealership, all I wanted was information on the vehicle I was interested in. I was given the information and was not pressured to do anything else. They were able to meet both of my demands (style, color, AWD, etc. & price). Again, I wasn't pressured into buying the vehicle. I went back a couple of days later and test drove the vehicle. I still wasn't ready to purchase the vehicle, and they again didn't try and pressure me. I was truly appreciative of the fact that I was making them earn my business, and they weren't trying to push me into a decision I wasn't ready to make. I finally purchased the vehicle and was given options on extended warranties. Again, no pressure to do anything. Since they listened to what I wanted in an extended warranty, I purchased one of them as well. More
