Outstanding Service When one decides to purchase a new car, the first thing that comes to mind is “the dreaded car salesman”. Once we arrived and Matt Jamison When one decides to purchase a new car, the first thing that comes to mind is “the dreaded car salesman”. Once we arrived and Matt Jamison (MJ) approached us we were in good hands and didn’t even know it. Once we selected our car he made sure that he went over all the features of the car’s engine, even in below freezing weather. Not even knowing our intentions of buying or not. This showed us that he was willing to give us a great customer experience regardless. This is what tipped the scales for me. I for one don’t mind spending over budget if I get a good vibe from my salesman. On my way to the dealership I told my wife that if they give me a bad dealer and a good price I would walk out.
