One major issue, corrected in the end, otherwise a 4. Being the first vehicle I've bought from a dealership in 10years, I was dreading the experience. I had already had a couple negative ones in this current process. But the folks here were very friendly and personable, not overly "sales-y". You have to know the game a bit anywhere you go, but they were easy to work with. My biggest frustration is that after acknowledging that the vehicle needed serious detailing and a couple other simple things, we scheduled a pick up time and it was not ready. Since I live 1.5 hrs away, that was not ok. However, they gave me one of their cars to drive, fixed the problems, threw in a couple extra benefits, which I appreciated, and made it as right as possible. If I'm ever in the market for a Kia, which I may be someday now after driving one, I'd go back. More
