Used a bait and switch tactic to get us into the dealership. They advertised really good discounts but they actually took those back by offering much less for your trade in!! These clowns refused to talk to me on the phone. They said I had to fill up some kind of form or come in. First of all I don't live in that stand also I don't play games. I'm an older gentleman. I talk on the phone I don't play the email game or the text game. Yes, those are all games. I don't believe that even had these vehicles. I think it was a joke. They were just trying to get me to come in and then wrote me into buying something else. I related and want.
