The service people were great, but the deceptive billing practices were criminal. The oil change is advertised as 79.99 for an 8 quart oil change. I had a $20.00 coupon which should have lowered it to $59.9 practices were criminal. The oil change is advertised as 79.99 for an 8 quart oil change. I had a $20.00 coupon which should have lowered it to $59.99 plus tax, yet somehow my final bill was over $86 after they creatively billed for shop supplies, oil disposal, etc., all things which are part of the oil change. When I get my oil changed at other places the cost is what is advertised plus sales tax. An ethical billing practice would be to advertise what the actual cost is for the oil change, instead of using deception to gouge the customer. More

Sabra was my service advisor and really took time to care for my situation and my car. I've had service at other dealerships but I have never had a service advisor that cares about their customers as much as for my situation and my car. I brought my truck in a couple of months ago for warranty work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. I spoke with Steven Morgan and Dalton Adams (Service Manager), explained work, and during the process, the running boards were unfortunately damaged. I spoke with Steven Morgan and Dalton Adams (Service Manager), explained the issue, and they immediately took the truck to assess the situation. After reviewing it, Steven informed me that they couldn’t fix the damage, but they had already ordered replacements for me. Once the new running boards arrived, they got them installed, and they look fantastic! Steven and Dalton truly went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. They communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me informed throughout the entire process. Steven even took the extra step of washing my truck after installing the new running boards before I picked it up. Despite the unfortunate situation, their commitment to great customer service made all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to making sure I left happy. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service! More
