I hate that Cable Dahmer has to add on to a customer's bill the 3% that the credit card company charges them. Some customers may have to use a credit card because with the economy now days money may be ti bill the 3% that the credit card company charges them. Cable Dahmer is a big company and if they want to keep customers they better look again at there policy of doing this. Brought the car for tire check and sensor nattcheck. The tech stated the car battery is corroded but still functioning. Went to get gas and wasn't able to ignite the engine. The driver managed to get the car working and I got to another place to check the battery. It was dead. It had 5 volts in it. Never going back to Cable Dahmer and will tell anyone I know about poor service. More

I dropped my 2019 Silverado off on Thursday afternoon at 1:30. Didn't hear anything from the Tech Eric till the next day when I called in the morning and got his voicemail. I ended up talking to Cass who 1:30. Didn't hear anything from the Tech Eric till the next day when I called in the morning and got his voicemail. I ended up talking to Cass who was very friendly and helped get him to call me. I heard from him at 11:40 to tell me what is going on, and the fix they will be doing and said he would call to let me know when done. I called at 4:00 to see, and he had gone home from the day. I again talked to Cass, and she got another tech Nathan to help me out, and found out my car was done, and I picked it up at 5:15. this would be a 0 star review if it weren't for Cass and Nathan. This is part of the reason I purchased my truck from a different dealership to begin with. More
