The service/repair department is awful. No customer service (service writers keep calling in “sick”). We were always pleased with the service when it was Ed Bozarth but since it has changed ownership I think maybe the mafia is in charge. I took a truck in for an oil change and airbag recall and felt like Bozarth but since it has changed ownership I think maybe the mafia is in charge. Over a weeks time and multiple phone calls later (with the last “unavoidable” repair not approved by me) the bill was over $5k!! My daughter just made an appointment for an oil change and it took over 3 hours. Time to find a new dealership! More

My experience with the collision center and the service department was horrible. I had to call everyday to clarify if my car was going to be ready by that day or else I would never have heard anything. I was even told that they forgot to call me. All four of my tires were showing PSI on my dash before I went in for a tire rotation. Afterwards one of my tires PSI was not showing up and my dash read "Service Tire Monitor System" so I called and asked I went in for a tire rotation. Afterwards one of my tires PSI was not showing up and my dash read "Service Tire Monitor System" so I called and asked to bring it back to see why that problem arose after the rotation. My sensors were checked and I was told one of them went bad and needs replaced for around $180-$190. After leaving I noticed now that none of them show PSI. I don't understand how I went from four tires being fine and sensors working correctly, to three and now to zero after two visits to this shop. More
