Great experience and friendly sales-people I recently bought a vehicle from this company. They are friendly and knowledgable about their inventory. They worked real hard to obtain a vehicle wit I recently bought a vehicle from this company. They are friendly and knowledgable about their inventory. They worked real hard to obtain a vehicle with my bad credit history. My salesman was Ismael Vazquez. He was polite and nice to go thru couple of cars, we were looking at. We finally made a decision on 4th vehicle. We bought a Dodge calibuter crossover. It has nice features, which impressed us to buy that vehicle. Also, the financial department help tremendously. I do believe his name was Reg Obie. He was friendly and polite too. He explained certain items in the contract. I would recommend this place is your buying a vehicle. Exceptional and Low Pressure After having bought and sold over fifty vehicles, I was very pleasantly surprised at the experience with Ismael and Cactus Auto at the end of the year After having bought and sold over fifty vehicles, I was very pleasantly surprised at the experience with Ismael and Cactus Auto at the end of the year. Ismael was courteous and low key but very knowledgeable. The entire process took less than an hour and a half; a record in my dealings with dealers. Most dealers run you through a gauntlet that takes up to three visits and five hours. It was also nice to meet Doug Swartz, the owner, who cheerfully gave me a $100 bonus check for buying a vehicle from them. More

Highly recommended! Easy, Fast & Honest! I filled out the online application on Thursday, and got a call back the next day. We were not able to get down to look at vehicles until Sunday. We found the one we wanted, a 2006 Ford Explorer with only 40,000 mils on it. I had zero credit and was able to get an approval that day but our sales associate (Ismael) recomended that we come back on Monday to get a better monthly payment when there Finance Manager (Reg) was in We had a tight budget to work with and the team at Cactus Auto. made it work for us We were in and out of there fast on Monday.
