So having the truck for only 6 months we thought NO WAY are we going to be able to get a bigger truck. BOY WERE WE WRONG!! Good guys, but don't follow through on their word. I've purchased two cars through Cactus. The first time I bought the extended warranty, which was a waste of 1800 bucks.This last time around they aske I've purchased two cars through Cactus. The first time I bought the extended warranty, which was a waste of 1800 bucks.This last time around they asked me to give them a check and they would deposit it on my payday. They didn't follow through on their word, and deposited the check the next day. I bounced three items, and although I called the sales rep numerous times, the dealership just blew me off. All they had to do was reimburse me a 102 dollars, and I would have been a happy customer, now I always give a disclaimer. More
