We worked with Gary Privratsky, who was welcoming, courteous, conscientious and helpful. Throughout the process, Gary went out of his way to make sure that we understood what was going on and kept in regular contact. He never resorted to a hard sell or tried to take advantage of us. If issues cropped up, he immediately dealt without any arguments or excuses. For instance, when a pre-purchase inspection revealed that the truck needed new ball joints, he checked with his supervisor, Xander, and got the work done. I've always had reservations about purchasing a vehicle from a used car dealer, but, at least in the case of Cactus Auto, if I am ever going to make another purchase, I would be happy to go back to them and work with Gary again. More
