Best in the area I went to a couple used car dealerships around Tucson, and was overall displeased with the customer service of the other businesses, however when my m I went to a couple used car dealerships around Tucson, and was overall displeased with the customer service of the other businesses, however when my mom and I went to Cactus Auto we both knew it was the place. When we arrived, we were immediately serviced by Chris, he took us inside and showed us a list of the cars in the our price range, rather than having us walk back and forth across the lot in the heat which some of the other places did. Chris was very helpful, and helped us compare the car we wanted to a few other cars at other places, he even showed us the carfax that the other places didn't have on their site. Overall I was very pleased with my experience here, and will definitely recommend it to anyone I know looking to get a used car. More

After visiting multiple dealerships that did not have what they advertised and were unwilling to work with our budget/ credit unless we purchased the crappiest car on the lot we finally came across Jayson from cactus auto, and boy am I glad we did. Jayson was so awesome in helping us find a really nice car that fit in our price range. He was very honest and pushed hard to get us the price we were comfortable with. Also Jayson was very helpful when it came to finalizing the last steps and made it very convenient to complete the process. Jayson was great and the dealership also had a very nice selection to choose from. I would definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a great deal w/ great service. More

2002 Buick Regal sold thanks to the efforts of Frank Valle I would like to thank Frank Valle for giving me my freedom of travel again. He did an incredible job from the beginning of the sale, treating me with a friendly attitude and a smile every time i saw him and on top of that, we joked around with one another and had fun. Reg was a huge help as well, because he was the one that got the vehicle to the price I could truly afford and got my payments to a great amount that is no problem to me to pay. Reg and Frank, from my experience, being a first time buyer at Cactus Auto, or any auto dealer for that matter, make this place an automatic "GO HERE" for me to tell my friends and acquaintances that may be looking for a vehicle.
