Bad Business Spent 6000.00 on a used car and found out 32 days later the head gasket was bad. Took it back to Cactus auto who " fixed it with a used head gasket" a Spent 6000.00 on a used car and found out 32 days later the head gasket was bad. Took it back to Cactus auto who " fixed it with a used head gasket" and spent the next 2 yrs replacing EVERYTHING RELATED TO A head gasket totalling an additional 1900.00 in repairs of their suggestion. All this to end up with oil in the radiator. I was informed by Doug that there work was fine. A partial flush fixed it? REALLY?The oil in radiator he said was NEW oil and someone must have put it in the radiator by accident. As a consumer who has been tricked out of a lot of money...calls not returned..answer like I don't know and here talk to someone else , this IS THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE DEALT WITH TO DATE.Rude..lies and Bandaides should b the company name. This is just the beginning of this mess. More

We initially went to look at the cars available on a day the lot was closed and we ran into an older gentleman that had previously purchased a car from Cactus Auto and was looking at what was available on the lot. He told us they were great to work with, honest and that it was not a high-pressured sales environment. We came back with our daughter and ended up working with Frankie and Eddy. She was able to find exactly what she wanted at a very affordable price! It was such a great experience, that our son came back three weeks later and also purchased a car from Frankie and Eddy. Our mechanic checked out both vehicles before buying and said the vehicles were in excellent condition!
