I must say very good customer service when I purchased car it was very nice clean but after a week car started having problems. So I took it in they had it for a week and we got the car back well less the car it was very nice clean but after a week car started having problems. I found Cactus Auto through autotrader.com and began to realize their prices were some of the best in town. My friend Kyle had purchased one of their Forest Service trucks in the winter so I went to him to realize their prices were some of the best in town. I was pre-approved for a $5000 through my credit union and had a beat up 2000 mustang to trade. Eddie was extremely understanding of my financial circumstances and worked to make the deal happen. He didnt pressure me into another finance application which I really appreciated. My credit union and Cactus Auto worked diligently to get me out the door with my new Mercury Sable THE SAME DAY! It is so nice to finally have air conditioning in this Tucson heat! All my windows and door locks work now, cigarette lighter to charge my phone and MUCH better gas mileage. What an upgrade from my old v6 mustang! When I got home I noticed the next morning a very small oil puddle underneath my new car. I was very worried and called Eddie immediately. He put my mind at ease and asked me to bring it by so they could fix it for me at no charge. I was very satisfied with his response. I took the car in this morning and I will be back tonight to pick up and will update my review on how the repair went! More
