He invited me down to look at reliable used cars on the lot and promised me he would help me select something affordable, dependable and economic. From the moment I arrived I felt confident that he would help me find exactly what I was looking for. He asked questions to determine my needs, spent a great deal of time with me, allowed me to take the vehicle(s) off the lot for a test drive, and once I made my selection he took the time to explain various credit plans, service contracts, warranties, etc., making sure I understood all of the details. He treated me like one treats family. I felt respected. More
