Was having problems with my infotainment system while on a road trip, called into the dealership on my way home to see if they could figure out what the problem was, it turned out that my software needed up a road trip, called into the dealership on my way home to see if they could figure out what the problem was, it turned out that my software needed updating, as this was going to be a long process they provided me with a 'loaner' vehicle to get home and come back the next day to pick up my vehicle, the service agent (Anthony?) was very courteous and helpful during the full process of getting my problem fixed.
