Inept service department, made appointment for recall. Waited over an hour, rep told me car was ready to go. Found out nothing had been done after asking questions. Took my XT4 in for service today, oil change, replace engine air filter & a "rattle" on the passenger side window/door. I never had s problem with this dealer but this time it was s disaster. I spent $3K for service which included tires. However when I got home there was grease on both front seats., the oil indicator had no was s disaster. I spent $3K for service which included tires. However when I got home there was grease on both front seats., the oil indicator had not been returned to 100%, none of the fluids were replenished. Also, they charged me $120 to put nitrogen in my tires without asking me. And through all that they didn't even wash my car. I will be using this dealer again but I'll have to watch them more closely. Frank McLanis More
