From the beginning when I reached out until I drove off with my new car, Pam was so kind, honest and consistent. The car I wanted was sold out everywhere and all the dealerships I contacted were trying to mark the MSRP up between $5-$20,000. It was crazy. I reached out to Pam at Cadillac of Beverly Hills and she told me that they do not mark up the cars. Amazing! She asked me what I was looking for and I told her what the essentials were. From that point, she repeatedly contacted me with various opportunities that came along. It felt like she was on top of it and everywhere else that I contacted just didn't seem to care. It felt like I had an advocate to get this car. Finally, she found the car. She called me immediately and had me come down to the dealership. There were other people waiting, but she was so persistent and on top of it that I was able to get the car. The Sales Manager, Leigh, was so straightforward. We did not have to go back and forth and waste hours. Extremely pleasant and easy going. It felt like he also genuinely wanted me to get the car. It was a success. Austin was super helpful. First, we came to buy a used car. He spent several hours with us and when everything was ready, I realized that I didn’t actually want this old Cadillac but want a new one. I’ve had the worst experience ever with this dealership. First of all, it took me over a week to get an answer from anyone to drop my car off. A woman by the name of Becca was beyond rude, and told me “they aren’t accepting tow ins, they don’t have room at this time.” As this is my only vehicle, I had to get it towed, since it was having suspension issues. Mind you, it’s a 2021 Cadillac Escalade with less than 5,000 miles on. Upon arrival they put me with a service advisor name Ricardo. He was very rude!! Told me it was a programming issue and that it was fixed. Didn’t listen to the other little issue that I had told him about. He was very short and cut me off. This was in a Thursday. They said they would drop my vehicle off to me on Monday, took the day off of work waited around all day with no call. I called at 2:30pm for them to tell me they were short staffed and they will send someone out tomorrow (Tuesday). When they arrived they tried to drop off someone else’s vehicle. The man presented me with the paperwork that had my husbands name and my address at the top, with the wrong VIN number and vehicle attached to the paperwork. So this wasn’t just “tag” mix up. They were going to literally give me someone else’s vehicle. I got right on the phone and tried to call down there ask for manager, GM, anyone higher up and they connect me to my service advisor Ricardo again. Trying to get ahold of anyone higher up there is impossible. I’ve emailed the GM, the store Manager multiple times and have yet to get a response from anyone. I’ve had to go as far as open a claim with GM corporate to get anything resolved. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had. More

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dealership or service department. They lied to me about how long the service would take, twice, they kept my car many extra days because they with a dealership or service department. They lied to me about how long the service would take, twice, they kept my car many extra days because they didn't "have the people they needed" to drop it off causing me to incur $500 in rental car fees, when I called to try and pick it up on a Sunday they told me I could not and literally hung up on me.
