This think this dealership is two small, think it should have more of a selection of vehicles, that way I would of had more Cadillacs to chose from, unfortunately there was only two. I walked into Cadillac of Beverly Hills and right away i was treated like a first rate customer. It didn’t matter that I was in shorts and a ball cap. The reason why i bring this up is because i visited other dealerships in the neighborhood and was dismissed because of the way i was dressed/looked. The first person i met was Pamela Banlaoi. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, inviting, and most of all professional. Pamela walked me through the whole process with ease. She was the liaison between management and myself and that made it really peaceful. If you have ever purchased/leased a vehicle you know it’s an ordeal. A lengthy and stressful process. Yet Pamela Banlaoi made the whole process feel like a breeze. she didn’t only make the deal happen but she also introduced me to Harry the general manager. He was amazing as well a true professional.
