I gave my business to Cadillac of Jackson Ms. on 9/3/2025. I was charged $1432 for labor to put in a thermostat housing, pipe and perform a coolant flushing. I spoke with the service manager Ant on 9/3/2025. I was charged $1432 for labor to put in a thermostat housing, pipe and perform a coolant flushing. I spoke with the service manager Anthony who excused his staff of overcharging me. His justification was that he used 2 technicians to work on my car and compared the service to open heart surgery. My car was brought in yesterday afternoon and the service representative called me back 2 hours later and quoted me $1900 to work on my car, not informing me that he was going to charge $1300 for labor. He also encouraged me to get a coolant flushing for an additional $200. To top that off, he said he’d find a coupon to offset the cost. Upon checkout today, I received NO coupon. Instead the sales rep simply read my ticket off to me after I inquired about the high labor cost. He didn’t even know how much they charged hourly for labor. I talked to the service manager who was disrespectful, talked on top of me, and didn’t want to hear what I had to say. He showed no appreciativeness for my history as being a loyal customer for 4 years. All he was willing to do was offer me a free tire rotation and oil change for my next visit. So many African Americans come to this dealership to buy a Cadillac and to have it serviced, not realizing that our business is not appreciated nor our money. More
I bought a used vehicle form Cadillac of Jackson and there were a few concerns with the vehicle. I contacted my sales person and the sales manager and they were both responsive and very professional. there were a few concerns with the vehicle. It is rare to find people that take your concerns to hart and take responsibility to find a solution. If you are looking for a Cadillac you need to talk to these guys. More
Dealer tried zlow balling be by 6K less than their competition, the mileage was not as advertised, the front end of the truck had damage which was undisclosed and 2 cracks in the windshield.
