Mr. Jenkins, since you just hung up on our General Manager when he called you we wanted to express the facts here. Our vehicle had 27 more miles more than advertised, which is most likely from a few test drives. There is no possible way we can lowball any customer on their trade by $6k as the average book value is what we use to evaluate trade value just like everyone else. We are in the business to sell cars and make our customers happy, we would not be in business if we operated as you described.

Everything in my initial statement was accurate. Your staff tried low balling me by 6k, even though I showed you 3 separate dealer offers that were emailed to me. Your trucks mileage was inaccurate, you did have undisclosed damage to the front end and the windshield needed replacing. Stay away from this dealer folks. There are more reputable dealerships that want and need youe business.
