i was satisfied with me service with Barksadale i have no complaints all of me needs as far as service on my vehicle was taken care of. I have one complaint when the tech serviced my truck oil was i have no complaints all of me needs as far as service on my vehicle was taken care of. I have one complaint when the tech serviced my truck oil was on the inside door arm rest i was not happy with that at all. That is a very expensive vehicle it is a 2015 Escalade Platinum other than that i was pleased. May be they need to cover the doors etc. More

We were allowed to test drive several and had the opportunity to decide what was right for our family. The Salesman was not pushy and allowed us time to talk things over with any pressure. We decided to purchase a car and brought it back the next day for it to be detailed. However, we were not impressed with the detailed cleaning we received. I brought it home and cleaned the car to my satisfaction. More

Not the Usual Barksdale Experience Service is EXTREMELY short of staff. Prepare to be turned around, to wait, and wait some more. Paid for spark plugs - really just needed a battery.
