Went in to have my vehicle serviced on yesterday due to a recall. In doing so, I had previous issues with my service light coming on as well. I wasn't sure how long the job would take so I opted to stay and recall. In doing so, I had previous issues with my service light coming on as well. The entire staff definitely went above and beyond to ensure the lounge was comfortable even though it took longer than expected. My dealings with one service department rep, Darius was phenomenal. He went the extra mile to make sure every one of my concerns were taken care of on Thursday and even on today he made sure my vehicle would be picked up and dropped back off to me before the end of my shift at work since all of the parts would not be there the same day. I would definitely visit the service department again simply because of my dealings with this rep. More

This dealership is very unprofessional and their vehicles should be at a mom and pop sales place. Damaged and abused vehicles are on the lot and priced at an astronomical price. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to wash a car much less to buy one. More

My boyfriend and I found the Cadillac we wanted to look at online. We live 4.5 hours away so we called the dealership a week in advance to let them know the situation. Everyone greeted us and were very friendly and worked with our ideas on how we could get this car to fit our budget and we were in and out in a little over 3 hours. This car is exactly what we've been looking for and we are loving it! More
